Progressive Cavity Pumps
Torqueflow Sydex Pumps
K Range
The K Range Progressing Cavity Pump is the core range of Torqueflow-Sydex used for most industrial, petrochemical, chemical, waste water and food applications. Available in a wide range of materials, including cast iron, stainless steel 304 and 316 through to Duplex steel (SAF 2205 ) when required to suit highly corrosive and difficult applications such as high salinity laden liquids.
Capacity: From 30 l/h up to 300 m3/h
Pressure: Up to 48 bar
H Range
The H Range Progressing Cavity Pump has been developed for use in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and chemical industries. H range pumps are constructed in aisi 316 stainless steel, and have been designed to reach the highest hygienic, cleaning and sterilization standards; with optional CIP [clean-in-place] ports to ensure effective cleaning of the pump.
Capacity: Up to 50 m3/h
Pressure: Up to 24 bar
W Range
The W Range Progressing Cavity Pump range has been specifically developed to handle difficult to pump, non-Newtonian liquids and liquids with viscosities greater than 10,000 Cps. The auger, which is mounted inside the hopper, conveys the liquid into the pumping element [stator and rotor] enabling a trouble-free efficient pumping solution that no other pump can provide. Materials of construction: stainless steel 304 and 316 as well as carbon steel.
Capacity: From 500 l/h up to 80 m3/h
Pressure: Up to 48 bar
WL Range
The WL Range Progressing Cavity Pump range is the first class choice for pumping food and beverage liquids such as grapes, juice, parts o vegetables, olive oil and paste of olive, tomato, jam-marmalade.
