VISCOFILL Series

The VISCOFILL series comprises semi-automatic volumetric filling machines, simple in operation, offering flexibility for the filling of small and medium size containers. They are fully pneumatic with pistons and valves of modern technology.

The VISCOFILL series comprises four basic models:

• L-300 for fills 30 ml - 300 ml
• L-1000 for fills 50 ml - 1100 ml
• L-3000 for fills 100 ml - 3000 ml
• L-5000 for fills 100 ml - 5000 ml

A number of options are available to meet the customer requirements, such as selector switch with counter for dialing the required number of fills in the same can or the total desired number of fills, closing plate for press lids, printing device, stainless steel construction, chain and roller conveyors.

The liquid is fed to the filling machine either by a pump or by gravity from an overhead tank or by a Biodod self-cleaning strainer.
